In order to bid on an auction item, you must have a valid payment source on file. At the conclusion of each auction, the winning bid amount plus all additional charges (tax, handling, shipping, buyer’s premium where applicable, etc.) totaling $4,999.99 or less will be processed automatically. Purchases totaling $5,000.00 or more must be paid via Wire Transfer.

You authorize auctions.cesauctions.com to process payment, in the event you are the winning bidder, on the payment method you selected at the time of your first bid. If payment declines, auctions.cesauctions.com may, in its sole discretion, attempt to re-process payment on the original payment method prior to cancellation. If the charge to your payment source is declined for any reason. auctions.cesauctions.com may suspend or terminate your account. auctions.cesauctions.com may also withhold shipment or delivery of any item to you until you have paid in full, including fees, for all of your items currently in process. In the event payment declines for any reason, you will be given 3 calendar days to correct the billing error. Any outstanding orders not paid within 3 calendar days after close of auction are subject to cancellation without further notice. If your purchase history is found delinquent or if you have multiple orders that failed payment within any given time-frame, auctions.cesauctions.com suspend or terminate your account.


Payment disputes may result in account closure with no further access.

Accounts that are found to be associated with prior delinquent accounts and/or previous payment disputes are subject to suspension or closure.

If you are the highest bidder when an auction ends and 1) your bid is equal to or more than the minimum bid price, 2) in the case of reserve auctions, at or above the reserve price, or 3) in the case of bid to be approved auctions, the final top bid is accepted by the seller within one business day of the auction’s close, and 4) your if bid is then accepted by the seller or auctions.cesauctions.com acting on the seller’s behalf, you are legally obligated to complete the transaction unless the transaction is prohibited by law. auctions.cesauctions.com does not acquire title to items sold through the Website and title will pass from seller to you at the point determined by applicable law, which will generally occur under Section 2-401 of the Uniform Commercial Code upon delivery to you. At any time, the seller or auctions.cesauctions.com may cancel any bid made by you. auctions.cesauctions.com may also cancel any auction at any time, including after completion. You may not revoke a bid, except in exceptional circumstances such as the seller materially changing the description of the item after your bid, or clear typographical errors. You may not bid in a way that pulls other bidders to their maximum bid, or retract the high bid, and then rebid at a small increment above the legitimate high bidder, which is a form of bid manipulation.


Without limiting any other remedies, auctions.cesauctions.com reserves the right to verify, at any time, Your Information to complete a transaction. Your account may be temporarily blocked during the verification process. auctions.cesauctions.com may suspend or terminate your account and any or all of your bids if you are found by conviction, settlement, insurance investigation, or otherwise, to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our Website. auctions.cesauctions.com may also report fraudulent activity to the seller and/or law enforcement authorities.
